Play & Art Therapy
Some people find it very difficult to talk about their problems this is where play and art therapy can help. Play Therapy can help you understand mixed-up feelings you may have from experiencing something very up setting. Instead of having to talk and explain what is worrying them, young people can use play to communicate at their own pace, without feeling pressured to do so.

Family Support
It can be difficult for people who have not experienced some form of abuse to understand what you are going through. It is for this reason that we can work with your family so they will be able to understand what you are feeling. Once they understand what you are going through they will can help and support you.

Education
We work through the media and workshops and in partnership with schools and colleges to raise awareness of drug, alcohol and personal safety issues. We deliver Personal Protection Awareness and Drug Assisted Rape Awareness training in local Secondary schools. These sessions address issues relating to the well being of young people and which enabling them to recognize situations that would compromise their own safety. These training sessions provide simple practical skills and strategies that help to help young people take control in keeping themselves safe.
